Ubisoft would currently have two new franchise developments Far Crybeing one of these the seventh installment of the saga and the other a version that can only be played in multiplayer modeaccording to sources of Insider Gaming.
Although there are still not many details about it yet, the site indicated that both titles were intended to be one at some point, but then were separated as individual projects due to the departure of Dan Hay to Blizzard Entertainment, who was in charge of the game.
Internally, far cry 7 is named as “Project Blackbird”while the multiplayer experience, “Project Maverick”both having great participation from Ubisoft Montreal.
