Apparently the PlayStation Portable (PSP) version of Star Wars Battlefront 2 is about to reach PS Plus, according to a recent leak.
The information comes from Gematsu, who point out that Sony’s online store recently published a page pointing to an updated version of the game, although it was withdrawn shortly after.
From the medium they rescued the text of the ad where they mention that “Enjoy Star Wars Battlefront II (classical2005), originally released on the PSP (PlayStation Portable) system, enhanced with render, rewind, quick save and custom video filters. Fight on the front lines where every weapon and vehicle is yours. And now, for the first time, Star Wars Battlefront II it allows you…”.
“This title has been converted from the PSP (PlayStation Portable) version to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles and offers new added features. Consequently, there may be times when the title plays differently than the PSP (PlayStation Portable) version, or when some features cause the title to not function correctly. This version is not compatible with PSP (PlayStation Portable) system peripherals, so some features may not be available.
At the moment, more details are unknown, so we only have to wait for the official announcement of the title.
