Portaltic.-Zoom integrates email and calendar in its communications platform

zoom has announced the new features that it will soon introduce on the platform, both for companies and individuals, such as the integration of email and calendar services or chat in the Zoom One collaborative solution.

Zoom has incorporated this year over 1,500 new features and improvements on its communications platform, a piece of information shared by the company’s executive director, Eric S. Yuan, within the framework of the Zoomtopia event, where other news that will arrive soon have been announced, both for companies and individuals.

The Zoom platform will integrate, first in beta phase, Zoom mail and calendar services, and early next year, it will do the same with the virtual coworking space Zoom Spot.

Zoom Virtual Agent, the conversational AI and chatbot solution to offer assistance to customers, will be available in early 2023, and will be able to fully integrate with Zoom Contact Center. It will also be offered as a standalone chatbot solution.

ZoomOne, the all-in-one communication and collaboration offer, has integrated the Chat and the Chat in Meeting. And coming soon, as part of Zoom IQ for Sales, Zoom IQ Virtual Coach will allow you to simulate a variety of sales situations to give salespeople a real-time practice environment during calls with prospects.
