“Now no rat speaks…”: the furious discharge of Arturo Vidal after controversial sayings of the leader of Inter Milan

Controversy generated during the last hours the sayings of Giuseppe Marotta, leader of Inter Milan who launched some incendiary statements about Arturo Vidal.

Specifically, he assured in an interview that the “King” had a “double life” when he defended the colors of the Italian team. He even hinted that the Chilean midfielder was the most undisciplined footballer he had ever had to work with.

“Vidal, a man with a double life,” he told Corriere della Sera. However, now it was Marotta himself who raised his voice to explain his statements.

“Arturo Vidal is an excellent player, he is not a bad guy. He is a great champion. I have great affection for Arturo Vidal, I have known him for a long time”, the executive director of the Neroazzurri squad defended himself in dialogue with La Tercera.

Then, regarding his statements, he assured that “it happened that the journalist’s question was poorly posed and the answer was misrepresented. I wanted to say that he was a very particular player, but not something negative ”.

“I highly esteem the Chilean as a person, but also as a footballer. What happens is that he is a person who remains very active off the field of play. He has a different personality from ordinary athletes, but in no way did I want to say that he has a double life, ”he clarified.

Of course, after said clarification, Vidal shared the news and shared a furious message through his social networks, where he lashed out and silenced those who feasted on Marotta’s initial statements.

“Now no rat speaks,” wrote the midfielder for Flamengo and the Chilean team. In addition, he added several emoticons that showed his discontent.
