La Calera surprises the market: two Argentines with Chilean nationality

La Calera Union confirmed this Thursday to a new reinforcement. It is about the Argentinian midfielder Alejo Antilef, who had developed his entire career up to now in Sarandi Arsenal.

Born in Puerto Pirandés of Argentina, Antilef also has Chilean nationality, so he could be a player to watch in 2023 for La Roja. During his career he accumulated 103 games in the Argentine First Division, a title in the B Nacional and played in the Copa Sudamericana.

At the age of 24, he works mainly as an offensive midfielder and will immediately join the team led by Gerardo Ameli. During 2021 he suffered a knee injury that complicated his continuity. He will now try to resume his ascending career in the Chilean league.
