Prince Harry has put the British monarchy in check with the launch of his book “In the shadow”, and the forceful statements about his past in the royal family.
The Duke of Sussex also conducted a couple of interviews to promote his memoirs, one of them was to People magazine, which he titled as “My story, my words: the good, the bad, and everything in between.” .
Where, among other topics, he talked about how it has been for him to feel like the replacement for his brother William. “While I know much of my life may seem inconsequential, I believe most siblings can relate to struggling with comparisons, and my brother and I are no exception,” he recounted.
Once the publication shared the cover of the magazine on their social networks, it was immediately filled with comments of all kinds, but in particular, it unleashed a wave of criticism.
“Why put ‘exclusive’ if you have already told everything”, “Is Prince Harry sharing ‘his story’ in a tabloid? Like Meghan’s dad did before he was exiled, cut off, and not invited to his daughter’s wedding? Surprisingly hypocritical”; “He has literally sold his soul for money”; were some of the messages that the followers of the medium wrote.
