The Ubisoft event focused on Assassin’s Creed is getting closer and closer, where we will know the future of the saga, however, still a few weeks away from this, a recent report points to what would be the name of the next installment: Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
The information comes from a youtube channelwhere a series of potential details of the next game are deliveredlike the name, and that it would be released sometime between April and June 2023.
Along with this, it is mentioned that the game would be set in 9th century Baghdad, which follows the line of alleged leaks that had previously come to light, emphasizing that it would seek to return to the “bases” of the franchise.
The reports from the YouTube channel were corroborated by the Bloomberg journalist, jason schreierwho pointed out via Twitter that the name, date and the fact of returning to their bases, would be true, but other parts don’t, like having multiple cities to explore.
Along the same lines, the reports indicate that Ubisoft would be working on a remake of the first Assassin’s Creed, but at the moment more information is unknown.
It should be remembered that in September Ubisoft will hold an event in which the future of the popular franchise will be revealed.
